Principal's Message - November 2023

Dear Bobcat Community,

Welcome to this exciting 2024-2025 school year! My name is Thomas Webb Sr. and I’m your Proud Principal at Benson Middle School. It is an honor to return for my eighth year as a part of your community. My daily interactions with parents, students, and staff have been very encouraging and we are working together side by side on a daily basis to continue the many wonderful things that are happening on campus. From conversations it is clear that a solid foundation has been established. Our greatest priority will be to foster positive relationships that are maintained through clear communication and trust. These are two important qualities that have driven my leadership style and are the pillars to a successful partnership. We believe strongly in collaboration and believe that decisions are made through participation and effective communication. We believe in modeling fairness, openness, honesty, and always acting in an ethical manner. We believe that our actions have a much greater impact on others than words alone. We are dedicated to serving all stakeholders in order to provide the best academic experience for all students.

I embrace this opportunity to be your leader once again and I am confident that together we can continue to exhibit G.R.I.T towards others and make Benson Middle School an even better place for our students to reach their full potential.

Grateful Respectful Intentional Trustworthy!
